Jacey assists in administration and management of the Umbrella Mitigation Bank, with emphasis on fulfilling pre- and post-construction mitigation monitoring obligations and overseeing stewardship of Bank lands during the post-construction monitoring phase. For restoration projects, Jacey coordinates with USACE, DEQ, DENR, FWS, and the EPA. Other duties include developing mitigation process improvements and guidance documents to be used by internal personnel and contracted service providers while providing technical support and reviews for other stormwater projects.
