Hunter Glasser

My name is Hunter Glasser and I am a Geologist working for Martin Marietta at their Corporate Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Martin Marietta is a leading Aggregate/Lime Product producer in the United States with other aggregate sites operating in Nova Scotia, Vancouver, and The Bahamas. In day to day work, I focus primarily on mapping and modeling deposits for our sites using softwares like ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Carlson. I also get quite a bit of hands-on experience logging rock core/sand and gravel samples with various contract and in-house drilling crews across the country. 

I went to UNC Charlotte from 2020 to 2024 and graduated with a BS in Geology. While at Charlotte, I captained/played for the UNC Charlotte Club Ice Hockey Team and facilitated the first and second outdoor UNC Charlotte ice hockey games at Truist Field in Uptown Charlotte in 2022 and 2023.
