Jon is a real estate research analyst with 22 years of experience. During his time with Warren & Associates, a former Charlotte-based commercial real estate and economic development research firm, he played a key role in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg, NC Industrial Land Use Analysis and the Dorothea Dix State Hospital Redevelopment Plan for Raleigh, NC.

Since co-founding GeoScouts in 2013, a boutique LLC providing detailed land use and demographic surveys for retail financial institutions, Jon has conducted in-person site visits to more than 5,700 Wells Fargo retail and mortgage branches from Alaska to Florida, logging over 450,000 miles across 38 states gathering data for his client.
