INES PhD Student Receives Graduate Student Summer Fellowship

Alex Schaefer (INES PhD Candidate) was awarded summer funding from the UNC Charlotte Graduate School after a very competitive application and review process. His Graduate Student Summer Fellowship (GSSF) proposal was titled “Simulating Fire to Explore Hypotheses About Burning Trends Over the Last Millennium: Investigating the Role of Soil Moisture”.
