Heath Corder (M.S. Earth Sciences candidate) interviewed by WSOC-TV

Heath Corder (M.S. Earth Sciences candidate, under the advisement of Dr. Manda Adams) was interviewed by WSOC-TV regarding the non-traditional physical mechanisms responsible for the 5 March 2012 tornado that destroyed several homes in East Charlotte. Heath is the lead author on the study (with Dr. Matt Eastin) documenting the event. The research team in the process of submitting their results for publication so similar events can be better forecast and forewarned in the future.
